We are so happy you are interested in having your trust fully funded. Not only does a fully funded trust avoid both living probate (guardianship/conservatorship) and death probate, but it also helps to ensure the care of you and your loved ones if you become incapacitated or die. 

Trust Funding Process & Fees

Our process and fees to fund your trust are simple and straightforward.

Process

After deciding you want us to fully fund your trust, we will send you an engagement agreement and a limited power of attorney. The power of attorney will authorize us to speak with the institutions as needed to finalize the asset transfer. We will notify you as each asset is transferred into your trust so you can update your trust portfolio.

Fees

We charge $1,000 for the first ten assets and $100 for each additional asset.
